What are the advantages of Exergames for fitness clubs?
What is missing on the Home versions ?
Of course most of these points are only true when it is a good fitness club.
(Unfortunately there are some low-cost fitness clubs, where you do not have qualified personal)
- More social, more groups
- Better quality and more robust products
- Well implemented methods that are important for a good workout, continued health and avoid injury
- (when warming up, stretching, strength...)
- Qualified personnel to check correct training form
- Courses for cooking or other traditional fitness courses
- Various training techniques and equipment, for specific training methods along with exergames
- Control and collection of biodata with personal high quality fitness plans
- Protected and supervised area for kids
- Trained staff that schedule correct breaks and drink/food habits for kids
- "gateway to traditional sport", you will get in touch with traditional sport much better
- ...

Hi Sandra. I did some grammar changes, hope you don't mind. I was an English and communications teacher for Nokia Siemens for many years teaching Germans and Finns so I'm VERY familiar with your grammar style :) Other than that, you've bought up some very important points. It will also be interesting to see how commercial 'conventional' fitness centres, that integrate Exergaming, compare to 'pure' Exergaming fitness centres.
